ONRIX
Built on solid ground. Driven by vision.
A holding company for operational software built by the trades, for the trades.
About Onrix
Onrix owns and builds the ventures underneath it. Each one starts the same way: a real trade problem, solved by someone who's actually done the work.
Founded by Jaydon Wilcox — a boilermaker who started building software for trade businesses because the tools that existed weren't built by anyone who'd actually swung a hammer. QuoteLoop came first, out of his own frustration doing quotes and invoices at night after a full day on the tools. LoopHQ followed as trade businesses around him grew past one person and needed something built for a crew, not just a solo operator. Every product under Onrix is built the same way: directly against a real business's real operations, before it's ever sold to anyone else.
The Ventures
Sole Traders
Quoting, invoicing and job management built for the tradie working solo — on the tools all day, in the app for two minutes a night.

The cockpit for trade businesses running crews — scheduling, jobs and quoting in one place, with AI proposing and the manager always deciding.

QuoteLoop came first, out of Jaydon's own frustration as a boilermaker — doing quotes and invoices from his phone after a full day on the tools, always at night, always reactive. Every tool he tried was either bloated for a business his size or built for an office, not a ute.
Who it targets
Sole traders. One person, one phone, one job at a time. No crew to coordinate and nothing to configure — just quoting, invoicing and job tracking that keeps up with someone who's on the tools all day and doesn't have twenty minutes to spare at night.
How it differs from the market
Most trade software is built for the business you'll eventually become, then cut down to fit the business you are today. QuoteLoop is built mobile-first for the solo operator from day one — not an enterprise platform with half its features hidden behind a setup wizard.
QuoteLoop stays deliberately simple. Onrix's agentic systems are introduced through LoopHQ first, where coordinating a crew creates the complexity worth automating.
Why it was made
As trade businesses grow past one person, the owner becomes the bottleneck — every scheduling decision, every job assignment, sitting in their head at night. LoopHQ was built directly against a real electrical business's real operations from day one, to get that off the owner's plate without taking away their control.
Who it targets
Trade businesses running crews — an owner coordinating multiple workers, jobs, quotes and invoices from a desktop, not a solo operator working one job at a time.
How it differs from the market
Most tools in this space are record-keeping — they store what already happened. LoopHQ is built around proactive agentic systems that read the business's real data and propose the next decision, with plain-English reasoning attached, before the owner even asks. The manager always has the final say: every agent proposes, nothing acts without approval.
Our agentic systems
Reads an enquiry however it arrives, works out who it is from and what they are asking for, then drafts the client record, the reply and the quote for approval.
Reads what a job needs — skills, tickets, licences, crew size — against who's actually available, and proposes who should do it, with reasoning the manager can approve, edit or override.
Optimises the order of a worker's day to cut driving, including supplier and workshop stops along the way.
Chases overdue payments automatically, so cash flow doesn't depend on the owner remembering to follow up.
Predicts a job's cost before it starts and measures it after, revealing which work actually makes money.
Knows what a job needs versus what's already on hand, and flags what to buy before the truck turns up short.
Every venture under Onrix is judged the same way: does it hold up on a real job, for a real business, done properly.
